How to Choose Flare Yoga Pants for Your Private Label Collection
Plan private label flare yoga pants with a practical guide to fabric, inseam, waistband, flare shape and sample approval. Compare three Duorui styles and request samples.

A flare yoga pant can look right in a reference photo and still miss the mark in a fit sample. Before adding one to a private label collection, agree on the intended use, fabric feel and leg proportions. These decisions make the sample brief more useful than choosing a silhouette alone.
1. Decide where the pants will be worn
Tell your supplier whether you are developing a studio-focused style, an everyday athleisure piece or a coordinated set. Describe the support, softness and coverage your customer expects. A softly draped leg and a firmer, more structured fit require different material and pattern decisions.
2. Compare fabric swatches before choosing a blend
Composition and GSM are useful starting points, but neither describes the entire wearing experience. Review hand feel, thickness, stretch and recovery together. Check the selected color under movement and stretch rather than assuming every color gives the same coverage.
Duorui can discuss fabric options against your brief. Ask us to confirm composition, GSM and available colors for the actual material. If you need verified moisture management, UPF or other performance claims, agree on the relevant testing and supporting documentation before making those claims.
3. Specify more than the finished pant length
For flared pants, record the inseam, rise, knee position and hem opening. Tell us whether measurements are taken flat or around the garment. Fit the sample with the footwear your customer is likely to wear and check whether the hem clears the floor comfortably.
If you plan petite, regular or tall options, share your intended measurements early. Adding length at the hem alone may not deliver the knee position or proportions you want. Approve size grading after evaluating the base-size sample.
4. Match the waistband to the collection
A broad high-rise waistband, a smooth-front design and a drawstring waist offer different styling directions. During fitting, check the waist while standing, sitting and moving. For a drawstring style, review the cord length, attachment and comfort as well as appearance.
Confirm seams and construction from the sample. A smooth-front appearance does not by itself establish how the whole garment is constructed.
5. Compare three Duorui starting points
- Smooth-front flare yoga pants: a reference for a clean front, fitted upper leg and a flared hem. Discuss your preferred inseam and flare width.
- High-waist bootcut yoga pants: a reference for a broad waistband and a bootcut shape. Review the knee-to-hem line against your fit brief.
- Drawstring flare yoga pants: a reference for a drawstring-waist styling direction. Confirm cord details, waistband fit and fabric before sampling.
These pages are development references. Sample availability, materials and construction are confirmed for the selected style.
6. Approve the details that affect a bulk order
Use the sample to review measurements, waistband comfort, hem balance, seam finish and logo placement. Check recovery after wear and follow the proposed care instructions when assessing washing results. Agree on measurement tolerances, labels, packaging and the approved material before production.
Custom production at Duorui starts from 100 pieces per style and color; some requirements need 150 or more. Final MOQ depends on fabric, colors, design and customization. Sample fees, revisions, pricing and lead times are confirmed after reviewing your project.
Start with a short sample brief
You do not need a complete tech pack to begin a discussion. Send a product link or reference image, your delivery country and the kind of collection you are planning. Add sample size, preferred colors, estimated quantity and branding needs if known.
